For the price we paid, we got excellent value for our money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a separate bedroom for our children. The kitchen facilities were a bonus, and the view from our windows was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and gave us great service, even accommodating our last-minute helicopter ride booking.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more complete kitchenware.

Everything was good! Wanted to explore Fox Glacier and this hotel was GREAT place for doing it. Paid nzd 13 per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it. Liked an equipped kitchenette.

This place is my go-to for a perfect stay. The staff gave me great directions for attractions. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, security, outdoor dining. I keep coming back for romantic escapes.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location on a big spacious area was perfect for us, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. Additionally, the laundry facilities were a great convenience. The shuttle service provided by the hotel made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities, added a touch of luxury to our stay. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and patio, surrounded by beautiful garden furniture.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I loved the spacious rooms and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, with stunning views of the Southern Alps. The Glacier Hot Pools were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

It's a shame that some facilities were closed for winter. I guess they don't expect people to still want to camp when it's cold outside.

Handy to everything and pleasurable place to stay

I recently stayed at a holiday park just north of the village and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the Top 10 Holiday Park & Motels were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were clean and cozy, and I loved the covered veranda for the short walk to the ablutions area. The kitchen in our unit was well-stocked, and the beds were firm and comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the area, with a nice walk to town or a short drive for dinner. The holiday park also had great amenities, including a playground for kids and go karts for hire. it was a great value for money and made our trip to the glaciers one to remember.

The private room (53) that I had was brilliant! It was clean and efficient and had a TV. It was the best room I had during my entire 3 week trip.

Spent Xmas in this cozy place near a beautiful lake and close to the glacier. The cabins were compact but had all the necessary amenities. The shower had great water pressure and the kitchen was clean and had two great sizes for all guests. The site was a short drive from the glacier and a 10-15 minute walk into town. My family enjoyed the playground and trampoline in the area.

One negative fact was that the bathroom lock was not functioning correctly and the bathroom exhaust fan kept going throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. we were only provided late at night with a notice about the water's quality in the area, which advised us to boil drinking water.
